At Del Torres Behavioral Health and Wellness, we offer more than just a place to talk—we offer a space to grow. Here, your healing is honored, your truth is welcomed, and your growth is supported—every step of the way.
Welcome to therapy! I’m Shanika Torres, Licensed Professional Counselor and Couples and Family Therapist. I’m also the founder of Del Torres Behavioral Health and Wellness.
I grew up in a big, chaotic family and always wondered why some of us found healing while others struggled. Later, as a mom of five—navigating marriage, divorce, and new chapters in my own relationships—I learned firsthand how complex life and connections can be.
Those experiences didn’t just shape me—they became my calling. I became a therapist to help people make sense of their stories and feel supported as they create real change. I built this practice so you’d have a place to feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow—no matter who you are, where you come from, or what you’ve been through. Everyone is welcome here.
